Thirty days. No reason required.
If what you bought is not what you needed, write to [email protected] within thirty days of your purchase and we will refund you.
You do not need to explain why. You do not need to fill in a form. You do not need to return anything, and you may keep the files.
Include your order number or the email address you used, so we can find your purchase.
We process the refund within five business days. It goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Depending on your bank it may take another five to ten days to appear.

Coaching sessions, courses, retreats and anything booked directly with Gabriella are agreed separately at the time of booking and are not covered here.
You have a statutory fourteen day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By downloading the product immediately you would normally waive it. Our thirty day policy gives you more, not less, and we will honour it either way.
