This policy describes how SoulHubs SRL collects, uses and protects your information when you visit funnel.soulhubs.com or buy a digital product here.

We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this site.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

When you buy or sign up:

  • Your name and email address
  • Billing details, which are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Your IP address and browser information
  • Which pages you viewed and what you bought

3. WHY WE COLLECT IT

  • To deliver the product you bought
  • To send you the emails that come with it
  • To send you marketing emails, only if you opted in
  • To measure whether our advertising works
  • To meet our legal obligations

4. PAYMENT

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy

5. ADVERTISING AND MEASUREMENT

We use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure whether our advertising works. This means Meta receives information about your visit and, if you buy, about the purchase. Meta may match this to your account.

You can control this in your Meta account settings and in your browser.

6. EMAIL

If you buy or sign up, we send you the emails connected to that product. If you opted in to marketing, we send occasional offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you
  • correct anything wrong
  • delete your data
  • stop sending you marketing

Write to [email protected] and we will act within 30 days.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to your national data protection authority. Ours is the Romanian ANSPDCP.

If you are in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to ask us to delete it. We do not sell your personal information.

8. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

As long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as Romanian and EU law requires. Purchase records are kept for accounting purposes.

9. CHILDREN

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Our products are written for parents, not for children.

10. CHANGES

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
